For the Love of the Game
1215 Baseball, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide baseball opportunities for kids. It was formed in 2021 when two friends/teammates were going in different directions but wanted to continue playing baseball together. It quickly grew through its success and by word of mouth to encompass other teammates and friends looking to play baseball on a competitive team and have some fun doing it.
SYR Trash Pandas 16U is the evolution of that group of boys - now young men - from different communities, schools, and programs united by their shared love for the game of baseball as teammates and friends.
Competitive but with an eye on recruiting
Players practice year round to grow their skills and compete at a high level but with the goal of helping players with their goal of playing baseball in college.
Team Spirit
Teamwork is at the core of our philosophy. We foster a sense of community and discourage internal competition. Learning to communicate on the field, in different positions provides valuable life lessons.
Respect
We not only focus on the game but also on teaching respect and building leadership qualities in our players. Coaches strive to instill values that go beyond the field, shaping players into well-rounded individuals.
